What you are buying

LaunchIntel Pro is digital content: a private GitHub repository containing directory playbooks, private agent workflows, scripts and a local dashboard. The public LaunchIntel installer skill locates this paid package and is distributed separately. The private package is sold as a one-time purchase. Delivery is read access to that repository for the GitHub account you connect through Polar.

Polar is the merchant of record. Polar sells the product to you, collects payment and any applicable tax, and issues the invoice. These terms describe the licence and delivery; Polar's own terms apply to the payment.

Delivery

After checkout, open the customer portal from your Polar order confirmation and connect the GitHub account you want to use. Polar then arranges a repository invitation with read access. Accept the invitation in GitHub before cloning the package. If access is missing after connecting the account and accepting the invitation, write to the contact address below with your order number and GitHub username.

Licence

The repository contents are licensed, not sold. The licence is personal to the buyer and does not transfer.

Solo covers products the buyer owns, without a limit on their number, used through one GitHub account.

Agency covers client work: an unlimited number of products, including products owned by the buyer's clients, and commercial use in the buyer's services.

Both licences allow you to clone the repository, run the skill and scripts on your own machines, and adapt the product kit and run files for your products.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or share the private repository contents or any substantial part of them, including the playbooks, private workflows and index. You may not grant repository access to other people; with the Agency licence, your clients receive the listings you create, not the repository.

Updates

Updates land in the same repository: new directories, corrected guides when a directory changes its form, and fixes to the skill and scripts. Pull the repository to receive them. There is no promised update schedule; directories change on their own time and a guide may lag behind.

Founding buyers

Buyers during the launch window receive the launch price and are founding buyers. Future modules released in this repository are included for founding buyers at no extra charge. The next planned module is research and SEO content. Planned modules are planned, not promised on a schedule, and may change.

What the product does not promise

A playbook records how a submission went for us. It does not guarantee that a directory accepts your product, publishes a page, keeps it up or links to your site with any particular attribute. Each directory decides what it accepts and can change its forms, fees and policies at any time. Results from directory listings vary.

The skill runs in your own tools and browser. You are responsible for the accounts it creates on your behalf, for the facts you approve in your product kit, and for any paid option you choose to approve. Your Claude subscription and any directory fees are separate.

Withdrawal and refunds

The repository is digital content supplied immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, except where you have asked for digital content to be supplied immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins. At checkout you are asked to tick a box requesting immediate access and acknowledging that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted. Without that acknowledgement the purchase cannot be completed.

Once access to the repository has been granted, no refund is given, except where the law requires one. Where a refund is due, Polar processes it.

Changes to these terms

The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
